Fencing Training

Fencing is a very unique sport in which the primary focus of competition is to be fast and explosive within just a few lateral steps. Most all of the training focuses on short quick burst of energy through a variety of plyometric, agility, resistance, and traditional weight lifting techniques. Competitions and tournaments can also be long so conditioning and muscle endurance is very important part of the training program.
