As an avid golfer myself I love working with golfers who are serious about improving their games. I work closely with golf pro, Sharon McQuillian, to develop the very best instructional based and strength training based program in Westchester. My program consists of a vast amount of mobility training, due to the fact that swinging a golf club takes a great deal of hip, shoulder and spine mobility. I utilized many techniques to increase a client’s full range of motion. I also develop a comprehensive and cohesive strength training program that will focus on both unilateral and bilateral traditional lifts as well as functional exercises aimed to improve overall strength and performance.
