Similar to my basketball and soccer, lacrosse is a game that involves constant agility, explosiveness, and conditioning. My lacrosse program concentrates on these elements of training as well as extensive conditioning, strength building, and mobility training. Core stabilization as well as functional core exercises such as rotational core strength and stabilization becomes a major part in the programming for these athletes.
