My soccer training program is one of my most notable programs. I work with upwards of 35 soccer players from the greater NY area. My partner for this training is ex-professional and now extremely reputable Paul Brooks. Our program provides the very best in youth-professional training. We work with more than 15 Division 1 athletes as well as many as 30 college players. We also work with USA national players most notably Sam Coffey, the captain of the U18 USA national women’s team.
My program consists of soccer specific training techniques designed to make the athlete faster, stronger, quicker, and more explosive. Players will work a great deal on their agility and plyometric movements. Both unilateral and bilateral training is important for these athletes. Overall strength training will be a focus as well as mobility and stretching techniques to prevent injuries.
