I am very fortunate to work with some of the best swimmers in the NY area. My program consists of intensive resistance training and conditioning work. Based on their event swimmers may need to work on explosive power or muscle endurance. Mobility becomes a very important part of their training. Swimmers need to stay very mobile in order to be most efficient in each and every stroke.
